The Client is an international youthful lifestyle brand. It operates over 800 directly managed retail stores globally and distributes its products via more than 14,000 wholesale locations internationally in more than 40 countries and require a Business Consultant to join their team.

Responsibilities:
• Support business key users to develop and convert new and/or changed business processes by showing solutions that are in line with the existing application landscape/roadmap
• Support the business departments with the optimization of the business processes as well as securing the daily operations
• Manage the implementation/modification of IT applications
• Strong project management skills
• Be a active participant in project that impact Retail-related solutions
• Full responsibility of the Retail platform by acting as governance lead and support other closely related applications; organize global service procedures accordingly
• Foster process and data harmonization in the global Retail environment by adhering to standards, guidelines and set up of central documentation. Detect and analyze bottlenecks in IT processes and propose improvements
• Mentor/coach senior and junior professionals with direct or indirect people responsibility (e. g. PEP, training)
• Execute assigned tasks with a high degree of independence, self-organisation and goal orientation.

Skills:
• Degree level, preferably in Information Technologies, Business Informatics or Business Administration
• Deep knowledge in Retail applications, experience in SAP Retail is advantageous
• Proven project management skills (medium and large size)
• Experience with ITIL and/or similar process tool boxes
• Proven functional knowledge in SAP version 4.6C and/or ECC 6.0, module MM; knowledge of SAP Retail is advantageous
• Ability to read/judge customizing settings in SAP; ability to create/modify customizing settings is advantageous
• Ability to read ABAP coding is advantageous
• Business fluent in German and English
