Our client is deploying one of the largest SAP HCM systems, facilitating the execution of all their processes worldwide.

To strengthen their HR system development team we are looking for a Senior HR Systems Business Analyst.

Specifically, you will: Define, implement and maintain the appropriate system automations to support the efficient execution of our HR processes, working in collaboration with our HR Centers of Expertise (CoEs) and Shared Service Centers (SSCs).

Identify area of improvements and opportunities to deliver increased added value to our business worldwide.

Manage HR system portfolio related to an HR area of expertise.

Manage implementation of projects within our global HR system program.

QUALIFICATIONS

University degree in a scientific or economical discipline, or equivalent qualifications. Solid experience demonstrating superior business analysis capabilities.

Experience in project management and implementation of a HR systems.

Very good knowledge of English.
